We understand coffee roasting as a craft – Handmade coffee – and how we roast has a decisive influence on the taste of coffee and the abundance of flavors. Every coffee has a special roasting profile and at the cupping table, we decide whether we have met the coffee to emphasize these unique flavors accordingly.

IT'S ALL ABOUT BALANCING THE FLAVORS

We roast our carefully selected coffee beans with a MCR500 500G COFFEE SAMPLE ROASTER. Basically, we prefer a light to medium roasting level, and we are convinced that coffee tastes better if it is given enough time to develop its full intensity during the roasting process. The aim is a clear taste profile that produces the characteristic notes of coffee, emphasizes the respective properties, and does not overlap them.
